On January 16, 2025, two key executives of ARTION, Prodromos Nikolaidis and Zoe Pazaiti, participated as speakers in the educational workshop organized by the Experimental Higher Vocational Training School of Tourism of Macedonia, at the “Alexander the Great” amphitheatre, in order to highlight the need for an equal for all tourism.
The speeches focused on the needs of people with disabilities, chronic illnesses or reduced mobility and more generally on issues related to the equal participation of every person in the tourism chain. They presented the efforts made to provide an effective service to all visitors, examined existing infrastructure conditions and how to improve them.
Our priority: To work with industry partners and local authorities to better understand the needs of specific groups, to ensure their full access to our conferences and also to reassure, through the training of our staff, that they are served with respect and efficiency.
