In autumn, the 2nd Health Day was held in Aristotelous Square, organised by the Thessaloniki Medical Association (ISTH) with the assistance of ARTION Conferences & Events. Visitors had the opportunity to receive free advice from medical specialists on a wide range of diseases and the latest treatments, access informational material, and ask questions about their health. Doctors from 29 medical companies participated in the event, covering fields ranging from cardiology and oncology to pediatrics and psychiatry.
In addition to medical companies, various organizations involved in health and patient support also participated, such as blood donation and transplant associations, mental health units, and initiatives promoting cardiopulmonary resuscitation training and youth participation. According to IST President Nikos Nitsas, the event was an excellent opportunity for the public to learn about disease prevention, consult with experts, and learn about the latest developments in healthcare.
