Dear Colleagues,
The Organising Committee of the 20th International Congress of the International Society for Ethnopharmacology has decided to organize the Congress which was to be held in Thessaloniki, Greece, as a Virtual Congress on the same dates, 18-20 April 2021.
This inevitable decision has been made in the interest of the health and safety of all registered attendees, given the continuing spread of COVID-19, the restrictions on travelling and meetings’ organization, but also in order to avoid a new postponement.
We are committed to offer to our community a virtual, educative Congress where networking and interaction will be the key factors. A Congress where participants, presenters and sponsors can meet in person, through videocalls and exchange experiences and ideas as they would have done in an actual congress hall. In addition, we have adapted the registration fees, making the congress affordable for more delegates.
