On behalf of the Board of Directors of GURS, I would like to cordially invite you to participate in the Inaugural GURS Annual Meeting. This will be a semi-live surgery workshop/meeting that will take place in an independent, stand-alone format under the sole auspices of GURS (Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons) in Athens, Greece, on October 15-16, 2019, two days prior to the 39th SIU Annual Meeting. The IGURS Academic Congress venue will be at the Royal Olympic Hotel in central Athens. The meeting will host an internationally renowned faculty with active and keen interests in male and female genitourethral reconstruction, urologic prosthetic surgery, female urology, neurourology, minimally invasive surgical reconstruction and gender-affirmation surgery. The meeting will highlight video sessions, state-of-the-art lectures, crossfire and round table debates, and an opportunity for participants/attendees to submit abstracts for video, podium and poster presentations. CME credits will be provided through the standard procedure of EACCME, the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, the equivalent instrument to AMA (American Medical Association) for CME credits, with an agreement for mutual recognition.
